Return Instructions — Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns


Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

Please follow these instructions to qualify for a return or exchange:

NOTE: To expedite your return request, please be sure to include all information above in your email. Otherwise, your refund/exchange could be delayed. Within 2 business days, a Customer Service representative will email you instructions for returning your item.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Return Policy


Return your product within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Customers must return their item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received with out a copy of the invoice will not qualify for a credit.
  • Returned products are subject to inspection by True Knife. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.
  • If a Discount Certificate was used on the purchase containing the returned merchandise, the value of the Discount Certificate will be credited first. Any remaining amount will be credited against the payment type(s) used in the original transaction. The Discount Certificate can be used toward another purchase prior to its original expiration date; otherwise the Rewards certificate amount will be forfeited.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.

 

Defective merchandise


Every effort is made to ensure that you receive products free from manufacturer's defects. However, if you receive a product that is defective, you must report this problem within 7 Days of Receipt.
 
 

SHIPPING POLICY


Most items are normally shipped within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.

We can ship to many countries outside of the USA. However some countries specifically prohibit the import of swords & Knives. We will try to list the countries we can not ship to here, as they come up. This is by no means a complete list. We can not ship weapons to: Brazil Greece Denmark Japan Indonesia Mexico

At SwordsPlanet.com we make every effort to have the products we sell available. We now have multiple supply channels to ensure that you will receive your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we may occasionally be are out-of-stock of a particular item. When that happens we will email you so that you may select from the following options:

    * Your order will be shipped when the backordered item becomes available.
    * You may select some alternative item Or we will issue a refund to your Paypal or credit card.

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of Swords & Knives for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies.
