Processing Time for Exchanges
Exchanges are typically processed within a few business days after we receive the returned item. If the replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped right away. Custom or out-of-stock items may take longer to process.
International Exchanges
For international customers, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. This method avoids potential delays with shipping and customs.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. For purchases made between November 15th and December 25th, the return window is extended until January 31st.

Condition of Returned Goods: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for a refund.

Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
For International Returns:
Customers returning items from outside the USA must label the package and any customs documentation as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees. Any fees incurred due to improper labeling will be deducted from the refund amount.
