  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you may do so and receive a full refund, including shipping charges.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order after dispatch, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Please be aware that the customs duties on knives may be imposed during importation to the USA. These duties are the customer’s responsibility, and True Knife cannot pay for them.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

True Knife ships knives from Pakistan to the USA. We strive to ensure that orders are shipped promptly; however, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or any events outside our control.

  • Customs Duties: The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the authorities. We cannot cover these charges.

  • Shipping Costs: Once an order is dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the customer receives a damaged or faulty product, we will compensate them according to our return policy.

Faulty Products: If the product you receive is faulty or damaged, True Knife will compensate you. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product so we can arrange for a return or replacement.
