At True Knife, we are dedicated to providing you with the best quality Damascus knives and exceptional service. Our goal is to deliver your premium knives securely and efficiently. We understand the importance of receiving your new knives quickly and safely, so we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to all valid street addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside of the mainland USA. We appreciate your understanding.

  • International Shipping: True Knife ships knives from Pakistan to the USA. Please be aware that all customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when importing knives are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot pay these fees directly.


Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. We do not charge any handling fees.

  • Standard Shipping:
    We aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days from the date of shipment. Please note that processing times (typically 1-2 business days) are separate from shipping times.

  • Custom Knife Orders:
    If you are placing a custom order, please note that the crafting process can take approximately 1-2 weeks before shipment. Once the custom order is completed and shipped, the standard shipping times will apply.

  • Delivery Time Variations:
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the USA. We work to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Free Shipping on Orders Over $300:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $300 or more (after discounts and before taxes) within the USA. This offer is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code is needed.


Our Shipping Partner and Tracking:

We partner with trusted carriers, such as DHL and FedEx, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Our system is integrated with DHL and FedEx, allowing both you and us to track the shipment from dispatch to delivery.


Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Peak Season Notice:
    During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for order fulfillment.


Shipping Address Accuracy:

It is important to ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. True Knife is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address Change Requests:
    If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@trueknife.com. While we will do our best to assist you, changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.


Customs Duties and Taxes:

Since True Knife ships products from Pakistan, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply when importing knives into the USA. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

    We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more details regarding any fees that may apply to your shipment.


Order Cancellations and Shipping Costs:

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch:
    If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund, including the product cost and any shipping charges.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
    Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to refund the shipping costs. You may cancel the order; however, any shipping charges are non-refundable.
